All Vendors are required to provide all materials needed to decorate and brand your space. Signage or merchandise is not allowed to impede the space of other vendors and must be contained in your area.

The Black Expo is FREE and Open to the Public with Registration.
PAYMENT & POS
Point-of-Sale terminal and create their own Point-of-Sale vendor account to process payments for all transactions during the event. This is a cashless event.
● All vendors will be required to make a footprint payment to confirm their footprint assignment.
● Vendors will be required to provide BlackBizFest with an official end-of-Festival sales report generated from their chosen Point-of-Sale platform which will be collected by BlackBizFest’s authorized representatives at the end of the day. (We need this information to show us how vendors collectively financially benefited from the Expo. This helps with future Expos)
● All vendors must record transactions in their chosen point-of-sale terminal for an honest and transparent settlement.
● Credit card processing fees for all digital transactions (credit, debit, etc.) are the responsibility of the vendor.
GOOD FAITH CONTRIBUTION: Each vendor is requested to provide at least two (2) promotional items valued not less than $10.00 each to be used as stage prizes during the festival. Vendor contributions will be duly acknowledged over the PA system during the Expo.
These items must be available upon arrival and given to the Vendor Committee Representative. Merchandise Vendors shall provide a tangible item and Food Vendor items shall be in the form of a coupon in which the food item can be redeemed at any time during the Expo.
FOOD VENDORS
**All food vendors must have food permit from the health department and per convention center must be Sample-size food, of one (2) ounce or less, and/or beverage products consisting of three (3) ounces or less. You are responsible for obtaining permit and will not be refunded if you do not have a permit. You can get a temporary permit here
* *Food Vendors interested in serving more than samples inside within the expo or via food truck but book under food truck and food vendor registrations.

(Aramark is the exclusive vendor for this area within the convention center and would normally use their own vending services and approved food truck vendors. They have generously made modifications to their food policy in order to allow our community to benefit from food sales.
No refunds for cancellations due to inclement weather or no shows.
